The BOLO 2011 Conference offers a unique array of sponsorship opportunities with each level developed to connect with this audience of 150-200 small- to medium-sized advertising and PR agency owners and executives. Each supplier attends the full conference alongside agency attendees and participates in “Rapidfire” – the quick pitch event where you get 3 minutes to introduce your service offerings to decision makers. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities exist to provide an exclusive, short presentation and introduction of one of the keynote speakers or to host a breakfast, lunch, or cocktail reception. Opportunities also exist to sponsor Vaudeville 2.0 or exclusively sponsor one of the seven featured Super Forums. BOLO 2011 also offers exclusive sponsorship for the special 3P agency principals Track for those who wish to connect directly with 60 or so agency presidents, principals and partners.
We're happy to work closely with each supplier to tailor each sponsorship package with customized, creative ways to connect with BOLO attendees. Basic Supplier Registration to sponsor and attend the full conference starts at just $1,750 / person.

BOLO will be entirely held at Hotel Valley Ho. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate of $169/night + tax and fees. Rooms are filling fast, so contact the hotel as soon as possible to reserve your room at this special rate: 866.882.4484. We recommend arriving Sunday, October 9th and departing Wednesday, October 12th given the full schedule. The 3P Track runs 2-6pm on Sunday, October 9th, so attendees should plan accordingly.
